What is the reset method?

The Reset Method is a structured coaching programme that gives you clarity, support and accountability to make meaningful, lasting changes to how you feel.

Over three months, we work together to understand what’s contributing to your symptoms, identifying the behaviours and lifestyle factors that are getting in the way, and build a way of living that supports your gut, energy and overall wellbeing.

This isn’t about handing you a plan and hoping it sticks. It’s about understanding your own body and building something that genuinely works for you.

What’s included

  • An in-depth questionnaire completed before the onboarding session. I will review ahead of the call so the first session gets straight into what matters.

  • We start with a deep-dive conversation. We’ll look at your symptoms, lifestyle, behaviours and habits, and your health history to build a clear picture of where you are now and what goals we’re working towards.

  • Every two weeks, we have a 1:1 to review your progress, work through what’s coming up, adjust your approach as needed, and keep you moving forward. Fortnightly sessions give you enough time to implement between calls, without losing momentum.

  • Got a question between sessions? Not sure how to handle something? You have direct access to me throughout the programme. I’ll respond within 24hours, so you’re never left figuring things out on your own.

  • After your onboarding session, you’ll receive a written Health Action Plan tailored to you which we’ll develop together. This is a living document - updated after each session to reflect your progress and your evolving focus areas.

  • Practical support materials alongside your plan.

  • A chance to reflect on progress made, outcomes assessed, and next steps decided together.

What we work on together

The Reset Method is built around six pillars - the areas of your life that have the greatest impact on how you feel. Rather than focusing on one thing in isolation, we look at how they connect, and where the most meaningful changes for you lie.

This is where mindset and behaviour change sit at the heart of the work. Understanding what to do is rarely the problem. Establishing the habits, beliefs and daily patterns that actually support your body long term, that’s where coaching makes the real difference.

  • Not about restriction or following the perfect eating plan, but understanding how what and how you eat is affecting how you feel, and finding an approach to food that supports your digestion, energy and skin without feeling like constant effort.

  • Poor sleep can affects everything from your gut, your mood, your ability to make better decisions to your capacity to change. We look at the habits and patterns around your sleep and work on simple, realistic shifts that help your body rest and recover properly.

  • Chronic stress has a direct impact on gut health - it’s one of the most overlooked pieces of the puzzle. We explore how stress is showing up in your body and your behaviour, and introduce practical ways to support your nervous system as part of your daily life.

  • This is where behaviour change lives. We work on the thinking patterns, beliefs and self-talk that can quietly undermine even the best intentions. The all-or-nothing thinking, perfectionism, the tendency to give up after one difficult day. Developing a healthier relationship with your own mind and body is part of the work.

  • Not about exercise plans or hitting targets, but finding ways to move that feels good for your body, fit you life, and support your energy rather than deplete it. Movement that you’ll actually keep doing, and that gives you joy.

  • The small, consistent behaviours that shape how you feel over time. We look at your routines - morning, evening, and the patterns in between and identify the adjustments that will have the biggest impact for the least effort. Change doesn’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful.

The 3 month journey

Every client’s journey through The Reset Method looks different, but there’s a shape that almost always emerges. Here’s what most people experience.

Month 1 - Realign

Before anything changes on the outside, something needs to shift on the inside. This is where we slow down, look at the full picture, and begin to realign.

We look at your health, your habits and yourself. All-or-nothing thinking, the belief your body is working against you.

These patterns are more common than you think and recognising them is where real, lasting change begins.

Alongside mindset work, we build a clear picture of your lifestyle - your stress, your energy, routines and symptoms.

Things that felt random or disconnected start to make sense.

Month 2 - Reset

This is where things really start to shift. With your foundations in place, we introduce targeted, realistic changes across the six pillars that matter most for you.

Not everything at once, just the right things, at the right time.

This can be where people meet their first real challenge. This is normal, it’s part of the process, and it’s exactly what the fortnightly calls and whatsApp support are there for.

We work through it together, adjust where we need to, and keep you moving forward.

Month 3 - Reclaim

By now, most people have already noticed things shifting - in how they feel, how they think about their health, and how they’re showing up in their day-to-day.

This month is all about reclaiming what’s rightfully yours: your energy, your confidence in your own body, and a way of living that genuinely support you.

We consolidate what’s working, address anything that still needs attention and make sure the changes you’ve made are ones you can sustain long after the programme ends.

The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to feel like you know your body, trust your instincts, and have everything you need to keep going.
