  • A health coach supports you in creating a healthier, more balanced life, without restriction or the feeling of overwhelm. We don’t prescribe, we guide. We help close the gap between where your health is and where you want it to be. Through conversation, encouragement and accountability, we explore what’s working for you and what’s holding you back. We work together to uncover the daily habits and choices that impact your wellbeing, and build simple, lasting changes that fit your real life. It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress, confidence and learning to feel great in your own body.

  • You’ve already taken the most important step by deciding that you’re ready to make a change and put yourself first. 

    From here, it’s about meeting you exactly where you are right now. Everyone’s needs are different, so the right programme depends on your current needs, goals, and the level of support that feels right for you. 

    During our first chat, we’ll talk through where you are in your health journey, what you’d like to achieve and what feels manageable, then we’ll decide together which option best fits. 

    The Essential Reset: For those who don’t feel they need long-term help but just want some quick guidance

    The Empowered Reset: For those ready to make real, sustainable changes with consistent support. It will deepen your progress, strengthen consistency, and work on multiple lifestyle areas (nutrition, movement, sleep, mindset).

    The Ultimate Reset: For those who want high-level support with ongoing accountability, tailored coaching and sustained support for long-term change. For those suffering with hormonal or digestive issues, these take longer to see change.

  • They can be both online and in person at the Integrity Centre, located in Moorgate. Wherever you feel most comfortable.


  • Everyone is different, but most clients begin to feel a difference within a few weeks - more energy, better sleep, or a clearer sense of direction. 

    Deeper, more visible results develop over 2-3 months, as new habits become a part of daily life. 

    Health coaching isn’t a quick fix, it’s about building strong foundations for your wellbeing. We focus on progress over perfection, helping you create changes that last far beyond our sessions.

  • No, I don’t believe in strict meal plans or prescribe specific diets. My approach is to help you understand what nourishes your body, help you make healthier choices with confidence, and develop a positive relationship with food. Rather than following a fixed diet (which tends not to be sustainable), we look at your current habits and make gentle, realistic adjustments that suit your routine and needs, so you can eat well and feel good without restrictions or overwhelm. 
    My role is to guide you in finding what works for you - helping you eat in a way that supports your energy, balance and wellbeing every day.

  • No, health coaching doesn’t replace medical advice - it complements it. 

    If you’re under medical care, I help you turn your doctor’s recommendations into realistic, sustainable daily habits. 

    If you’re not under medical care, we focus on prevention and balance. Building healthy routines that support your body and mind now, and reduce the likelihood of future health concerns. My goal is to empower you to take ownership of your wellbeing before it becomes a medical issue.

  • At The Reset Project, I often work with people who’ve already “tried everything”. What makes this different is that we focus on you - your habits, your mindset, your real everyday life. Lasting change doesn’t come from strict diets or intense routines, it comes from building new habits slowly, with the right support.

    Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, create a plan that feels realistic, and rebuild your confidence one step at a time. There’s no pressure, no perfectionism, just simple supportive steps that help you reconnect with your body, rebuild balance, and finally make progress that lasts.
