Online yoga classes
Online yoga classes are the perfect way to nurture your wellbeing in the comfort and safety of your own home.
If you haven't tried an online class before, I urge you to give it a try - it's closer to an in-person class than you might think.
And if you're a beginner, that's great! I'm here to guide and reassure and ensure you know what's meant to go where. You don't need any special equipment, just a tablet or laptop and a yoga mat or large towel.

Classes are £7 each, with discounts when you buy a bundle of four or eight classes to use over three months.
And it's easy to book on - sign up below and follow 'The Reset Project' or do it on your phone by downloading the Gymcatch app. Once you follow 'The Reset Project' you'll see the calendar of classes where you can get booking.
Please make sure you complete this health questionnaire before your first class. That way, I can make sure I give you any modifications or suggestions based on any injuries or conditions you might have.
