Group yoga classes in Rothley

As Autumn sets in, we've moved our group yoga classes back to the gorgeous setting of Rothley Court Hotel.

Classes are on Wednesdays at 6.15pm from 20 October. (There is also a class on Monday 11th October at the same time.)

All my classes are beginner-friendly and open to all levels, whether you're an experienced yogi or trying it for the first time.

The classes are a mix of Hatha (the most common form of yoga taught and learnt) and flow (but not fast flow, it's nice and gentle). You don't need any experience or flexibility - I will give modifications for everyone so no one will feel out of place.

You'll need to bring your own mat and any equipment - a jumper, socks and perhaps even a blanket for our final relaxation. I'm keeping class sizes small so we have plenty of space and I won't be offering any physical adjustments or assists for now, so it'll be more pointing and guiding.

How to book

You can book ad hoc - it's £11.50 per class or you can buy a 4-class bundle to save yourself some pennies.

You can book on the Gymcatch app (find it on your phone or tablet app store) or at app.gymcatch.com. Once you're there, follow 'The Reset Project' and you'll see the schedule and how to book.

Please make sure you complete this health questionnaire before your first class. That way, I can make sure I give you any modifications or suggestions based on any injuries or conditions you might have.

All the instructions on how to join are included at booking but do give me a shout if you have any questions.

What if I've booked on but need to cancel?
Given that I have a limited number of spaces available, please ensure you cancel on the Gymcatch app at least 12 hours before the class starts if you're not able to come, so I can offer the space to someone else. You'll be credited an indoor class pass to your account that you can use at a later date.

Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Feeling unwell? It goes without saying but please don't come if you're feeling at all unwell or are showing any symptoms of COVID-19. I will waive the cancellation policy for illness but please do let me know if you're not joining us by cancelling your space and messaging me on the Gymcatch app.

I want to come but the class is full
Please join the waitlist on Gymcatch - a space may well open up and it'll help me understand the level of interest, with the potential of offering more classes if there's enough appetite.

Sounds great. How do I book?

You can view the latest class schedule and book into classes on the GymCatch app or at app.gymcatch.com. Booking and paying beforehand is essential through the app.

If you haven't booked a class through Gymcatch app yet, it's easy to download on your phone or visit at app.gymcatch.com. Search for 'The Reset Project', follow it and you'll see the full schedule and how to book. It's very easy to do but give me a shout on rachael@theresetproject.co.uk or 07734 218155 if you have any problems.
